No. Accelframe is a no-code platform. You describe the information you want to manage in plain language through a guided chat, and the assistant designs and generates the app for you. There is nothing to install or configure, and we take care of building, hosting, and maintenance.

Yes. On the Basic plan and above, you (the System Owner) can create accounts for your team and assign each person a role, such as Viewer (read-only) or Editor (full read-write), which controls exactly what they can see and do. Higher plans also let you create custom roles with fine-grained permissions for each form. The free Starter plan is designed for a single user.
Yes. The Starter plan is free and lets you build and use an app on your own, with no credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to add team members and unlock more projects, storage, and capacity.
Your app and its data are hosted on Accelframe's own infrastructure, operated by OpenFeel Pte Ltd in Singapore. Each app you build runs on its own separate database, so your information is kept isolated. Within your app, access is governed by user roles, so you decide exactly who can view or edit each form. Payments are processed by our payment provider, HitPay, and your card details are never stored on our servers.
We will notify you when you are approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to instantly unlock more capacity.
Yes. You can cancel your paid subscription plan at any time, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. While we do not offer refunds for unused time, your paid plan will remain active with full access until your current billing cycle ends.
If you cancel, your app stays active with full access until the end of your current billing cycle. If a plan lapses and an app is no longer covered by a suitable plan, the app is locked and a 14-day retention period begins. If you do not restore access by subscribing to a suitable plan within that time, the app and its data may be permanently deleted to free up resources. You can see the deletion date in your dashboard, so you have time to act.
You can upgrade to a higher subscription plan to unlock more features instantly. Any unused time on your current subscription plan will be pro-rated and applied as a credit towards the new subscription plan.
Yes. We generate an invoice for every payment. You can access and view your complete invoice history in your Accelframe account dashboard.
